We are a family owned business located in the bustling community of Cypress, Texas, part of the greater Houston area. The Blue Mantle was a calling for me, Arlene, after I attended a conference in Steubenville, Ohio back in July of 2006. Up until that time I was a stay at home mom raising my children for more than 22 years. My Husband Scott and I are originally Buckeyes, born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. Our first 3 children were born in Ohio and are also buckeyes; our next 2 children were born in Batesville, Indiana making them Hoosiers. And our last 2 girls were born right here in the great state of Texas. To be continued...
