Orders will be processed and shipped from our store within 2-3 business days. Processing times may be extended, and thus cannot be guaranteed, during holidays, sale events, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at check-out.
The Blue Mantle is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses. Please confirm your shipping information is correct at the time of purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date the package arrives to send the item back to us at the address listed below using a carrier of your choice. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and that original shipping costs will not be refunded. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to include the packing slip included in your package, and mail to the address below:

Items returned must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with original tags (if applicable). Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost of $10. The invoice form must be included in your return shipment to qualify for a return. Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt.
If an item arrives damaged, we will happily replace it for you! Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. For the replacement to be issued, please provide photos of the damaged item.
All clearance items are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for return.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item within 7 business days.
