Shipping

Orders ship from our shop on San Marco Avenue. Shipping costs are worked out at checkout, based on where your order is going. Shipping is free on US orders over $100.

You’ll get an email when your order is on its way. Please check your shipping address carefully when you order; we can’t be responsible for parcels lost to a mistyped address.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the day it arrives to send it back to us.

• Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with original tags where there are any.
• Please include the packing slip that came with your order.
• Return shipping is paid by you, and the original shipping cost isn’t refunded. We recommend a trackable, insured service.
• Returns that don’t meet these terms are sent back to you at a cost of $10.
• Clearance items are final sale and can’t be returned.

We process returns within 7 business days of receiving them.

Damaged items

If something arrives damaged, we’ll happily replace it. Email debbie@thebluemantle.com within 14 days of delivery, with photos of the damaged item.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, place a new order for the one you want first, so it’s held in stock for you. Then return the original for a refund of the item price, less shipping.
